What Payment methods can I use?
We use YOCO to process all of our local and international payments. Yoco is trusted by Shopify and has partnered with one of South Africa's leading banks to handle the secure processing of all Mastercard and Visa Payments.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product description will have basic sizing information. For more precise specifications please refer to our Size Guide.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 14 days at the customer's expense. Read our full return policy or start a return here.

How much does shipping cost?
Local shipping is a flat rate of R45 per order and free when you spend more that R700. International shipping is calculated at checkout. If international shipping does not show or is too high please get in touch and we"ll work something out.
Will I have to pay import tax or duty fees?
All international customers may need to pay import tax or duty fees. The courier will usually notify you of any charges before making delivery.
Can I track my shipment?
A tracking number and link will be sent to you upon dispatch of your order.
How long does delivery take?
South African orders are delivered within 1-5 days. International orders generally arrive within 2-4weeks.
Stores

Do you have a store I can go to?
We don't currently have our own store but check out our list of stockists to find a store nearest to you.
What do I do if there are no stores near me?
Maybe ask your local surf store to get in touch to become a stockist. In the meantime pleaseconsider buying online.
